Designer's Description

My brother was annoyed with the flimsy plastic box insert that came with the Herbaceous card game because the slots that held the cards were narrow enough that taking the cards out could bend them and cause damage. The cards also did not stack symmetrically inside the two slots which really annoyed the both of us.

So I whipped up this better (imho) insert in TinkerCard, so that the card slots had a slightly looser fit for the cards, plus one side is slightly higher than the other so that all herb cards (except the special ones) go in one slot and the rest go in the other. I also added 4 vertical slots for the fence tokens for easier access.

Print recommendations:

  • Layer height: I printed with 0.2mm layer height but I think you can get away with 0.3mm for a faster print.
  • Walls: 3 walls/perimeters, 6 top solid layers, 3 bottom solid layers
  • Infill: 5% gyroid
  • Material: PLA (purple or green fits well)
