Introducing the mechanical dice tower. With this design I combined a classic dice tower with a mechanically opening top lid and the possibility to store a set of 7 dice.

The tower as well as the moving parts are easy to print and do not need supports.

All parts are assembled without the need of any extra parts such as glue or screws, since everything is 3D-printed. The dice compartment is screwed on the bottom of the tower, so you can also remove it, if you prefer to just use the tower itself.

Dimensions of the tower:

- 210x100x100mm (with dice trays)
- 170x100x100mm (without dice trays)
- the tallest single part has 156mm / 6,14in Z-height, so the minimum printer build volume is 180x180x180mm / 7x7x7in
- UPDATE 2024.06.18: added a 145mm tall version of the tower for smaller printers
