Hexplore It Volume IV no lid lift

This takes the wonderful insert created by https://www.thingiverse.com/CaligulaHolmes8 and cuts it down so that there's no lid lift.

I found that if you move one the Blue_and_Purple_Dungeon_Cards.stl from the original insert into the card row, you can then cut down everything else to the height needed to store all but 2 of the dry erase pens (which is fine, I have dozens of those across all the editions).

As per the original insert, print 2 of the Rune and Cubes trays
