Level 10 Mordecai is basically what happens when a perfectly respectable dungeon mage has one too many bad days and decides subtlety is for people who still have eyebrows.
He’s gone full eldritch-monster-meets-exhausted-arcane-professor: wrapped in a dramatically tattered robe, hiding beneath a massive hood, with one enormous flaming eyeball staring out at the world like it has personally filed a complaint against reality. His skeletal hands are permanently poised somewhere between “I cast a spell” and “I swear to God, Carl, if you touch that lever…”
At Level 10, Mordecai has the unmistakable aura of a guy who has survived approximately 47 catastrophes, 12 questionable dungeon meals, several deeply irresponsible magical experiments, and Carl's decision-making.
He no longer walks into a room.
The room becomes concerned.
And yet, beneath all the terrifying magical power, ancient dungeon knowledge, and ominous flaming eyeball energy is still Mordecai—the perpetually exasperated guy who looks like he's one bad conversation away from sitting down, rubbing his temples, and saying:
“Fine. I'll deal with it. But when this goes horribly wrong, I want everyone to remember that I specifically said this was a terrible idea.”
In short: Level 10 Mordecai is 90% eldritch nightmare, 10% exhausted babysitter, and 100% absolutely done with everyone's nonsense.
