Trickerion Board Game Insert - retail box

My wife and I, we love Trickerion. But it takes a lot to get it to the table. So many bags, cards, placards, shards, resources, etc. Then, when you are done it is a work of art to get it stuffed back into the box. So many boards and cards of subtly different sizes.

This insert allows setup and teardown to be a little less stressful, giving a right place for everything, leaving enough room for sleeves, and fitting it all in the retail game box with the lid fully on. It is tight, and once you pack it in you could stun an ox with the game.

Design Goals :
Ease to and from the table. where possible use from the box.
Fit without lift in original retail box.
Handle all expansions.
Store in any orientation without jumbled internals.

Caveats :
Shard container: I have one, it sucks. I'm just using one of the zip-loc bags from the game for now. I'm not sure there's a better option
Supports: The Theater Tray needs supports, but there are some cutouts to allow supports from the bed only.

So, I don't have my cards sleeved. I've left what I've been told is enough room (+3mm width, +4mm height, 1.6*thickness). You may not be able to use the thickest of premium sleeves. I've biased almost every spare ounce of space to the card sleeve allowances. If it slides around in the box it's because there's room somewhere for card sleeves.

Instructions:
Getting this one in the box is a feat (24 steps below). Given that, I'm trying out some iconography for helping re-assembly. With multi-color the numbers and icons would probably be printed in the containers to guide packing, without that I'm considering scissors and cellotape:
