Quiet Dice Shaker Cup for Yahtzee Etc.
Print Profile 10h 19m 226 g PLA

This was originally designed to replace a broken Yahtzee cup, but it has evolved into a sound dampening version that I believe is long past due to exist.
I have included two main versions, the original size typical of Yahtzee and similar five-dice games, and one shorter but wider to accommodate the seven dice used in games such as Yahtzee Words.
Each main version has two variants, an original bottom intended to be faithful to the original cups, and a flattened bottom variant with a stencil included for cutting adhesive rubber or silicone sheets to fit into the base of the cup. These sheets dampen the sound by quite a lot for those who are bothered by the noise levels produced by a standard dice shaker cup.
From personal experience, if you use silicone sheets similar to these:

It was wonderful for blocking the sound of the rattling dice, but it was equally good at having the dice be air-tight-locked to the surface of the extremely smooth silicone. A small coating of starch of any kind will fix that immediately.
