What changed: Building on @TheForrestFire_25925 (and Stinkfoot71, and nizmox, AND the OG Cnpeters) I have made some adjustments to slightly improve things. • I added chamfers to the two biggest parts (I would love to add it to all of them, but it's laborious since they are not STEP but STL files) • I fixed a too-thin wall on the part “Modified Expansion Tray” • I combined the bottom spacer into one part (printable on larger printers)* • I added PLA recycling stamps to all parts • I'm providing one 3mf file with the correct number of instances for every part * this bottom part should really have the larger ellipse widened a bit. I made it work by scaling the part 0.5% in the X direction. You can try putting in an ellipse that is bigger instead. (The part still fits easily in my box, I have an older edition). I've provided a 3MF file for printing convenience, I used a 0.6mm nozzle and had no trouble printing, all parts fit etc after my adjustments above. I used 0.32mm layer height. You may have trouble using a bigger nozzle, some walls may still be too thin. At these settings I was able to finish the print in well under 40hrs. (But be prepared to spend 100hrs+ if you use 0.4mm and/or slower printers). The total weight was about 1,500g. First time assembly, please look at the pictures provided on @TheForrestFire_25925's post it's not obvious which tiles go in which tray. After initial assembly, you'll never have trouble putting the tiles back. Things I think could still be adjusted in this print: • Chamfers on both the bottom and corners • The two expansion trays "Harvest No ½" could be a bit shorter so they fit better when money is added • Overall some vertical height could be removed from this insert, which would remove the remaining lift when you add the rule books (I think you can find 1mm to remove from each level, giving you another 1-2mm clearance) • Skinny tiles are a bit hard to manage, maybe there is another way to do them; but it's not a deal breaker at all BUT A b
