The Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-earth Insert (adjusted)

What changed: The insert was quite good already. I made all of the pieces taller so that it would fit perfectly in the box with no lift. I've added a spacer piece as well to print instead of printing three of the deck boxes (since all the cards fit comfortably into one – this also leaves plenty of room if they find some sort of expansion content down the line).
