Disney Villainous and All Expansions Organizer/Insert

Update 11/24/2025: The latest expansion has thrown a tiny wrench into updating this project. The Villain movers are chonky and won't fit in the slots I had premade for extras and the Davy Jones deck comes with a new type of token I will need to make room for in it's deckbox. I promise I'll update this, when I do it will need more than just 2 new deckboxes reprinted though. I'll try to minimize how much needs to be reprinted.

An insert for use with the Disney Villainous as well as all expansion content. This insert is intended to reduce the 'travel size' of Disney Villainous to two boxes. It does introduce some lid lift, but this is unavoidable. Reducing from 9 boxes to 2 is a feat in and of itself. This insert set assumes ownership of both the original 'Worst Takes it All' as well as the revised starter 'Introduction to Evil' (Though this does not store duplicate villains, only 1 copy of each). If you do not own the revised edition, Box 1 of this insert will still be usable for you, but Box 2 will not fully fit in 2 'slim' boxes.

Box 1 will contain all the villains' decks each set in it's own removeable deck box for easy distribution. It has spacers to accommodate 4 additional decks for future expansion(s). Deck boxes are designed to hold sleeved cards using Sleeve Kings sleeves (60 micron).

Box 2 will contain all the realm boards, all villain movers, villain guides, as well as organizer boxes for all available tokens (20 power tokens per player - 120 total).

The cauldron of power, while neat, is huge and just cannot be fit inside an organizer sadly.

In Total you will be printing:
* Box 1 - [Character Name].3mf - Print one each.
* Box 1 - Spacers.3mf - This file will include 2 spacers. This is to keep boxes stable and provide space for 4 more decks for future expansion(s)
* Box 1 - Desiccant Box.3mf - This is the spacer box in the middle intended to hold desiccant packs or beads. The 3MF includes both the lid and box.
* Box 2 - Desiccant and Guide Box.3mf - This file is a slot intended to hold the currently printed villain guides, 6 quick reference guides, and a Desiccant Box
* Box 2 - Desiccant and Guide Box Lid.3mf - Print one of any variety. This file is the magnetized lid for the guide box above.
* Box 2 - Desiccant Box.3mf - This is the desiccant box made to fit in the above holder. Same functionality as the Box 1 version, just a different size.
* Box 2 - Movers Boxes (Large) Lid.3mf - Print one of any variety. This is the magnetized lid for the 3x3 villain movers box.
* Box 2 - Movers Boxes (Large).3mf - This file contains both 3x3 villain movers boxes. Note that the boxes are not identical. One has magnet slots on the underside for secure stacking and has altered slot sizes to accommodate larger models. If you print separately, be sure to print one of each, not 2 of the same.
* Box 2 - Movers Boxes (Slim) Bottom.3mf - This file is the bottom holder for 'odd sized' villain movers.
* Box 2 - Movers Boxes (Slim) Top.3mf - This file is the top holder for 'odd sized' villain movers. King Candy is the only one to currently go here (the other 4 slots are for future movers, unless they don't fit ... then I'll redesign)
* Box 2 - Movers Boxes (Slim) Lid.3mf - Print one of any variety. This is the magnetized lid for the Slim movers stack.
* Box 2 - Other Tokens Lid.3mf - Print one of any variety. This is the magnetized lid for the non power tokens box.
* Box 2 - Power Tokens Lid.3mf - Print one of any variety. This is the magnetized lid for the power tokens box.
* Box 2 - Spacers.3mf - This is a pair of spacers/risers intended to be placed under the Large 3x3 mover boxes. This ensures the lid is flush at the top.
* Box 2 - Tokens Boxes.3mf - This file contains both token boxes. One will hold a total of 120 Power Tokens (20 per player). The other holds all released non-power tokens, 1 fate token, and 5 lock tokens (the current number of villains that use them)
