Below are the dimensions of each part. If you've got a smaller printer like me, I sliced B, C & D into smaller parts. (files with a #).

A. X = 109.8mm

C. X = 114.35mm
Y = 238.15mm

D. X = 231.55mm
Y = 95.65mm

Everything fits perfectly and you can use the Resources box or the Miniatures box with one of the plastics underneath.
