Explorers of Navoria card deck

I liked the insert made by wbaccus, but it had 2 minor problems:
- It did not support sleeved card
- the tile support was a bit tight

In order to fix theses issues, I designed or redesigned:
- a card deck holder with 3 slots that support sleeved cards
- the tile tray to add a little space for the tiles
- the faction bonuses and bag tray since the card tray is longer (it now hold only the bag and the x3 contract tokens)

I choose to make a card holder that is low and to print it twice in order to help with the setup (you can have a card type in each slot and you just have to remove the other card before you put the trays on the board)
