Cascadero Board Game Insert Organizer

This is an insert for Cascadero by Dr. Reiner Knizia.

It utilizes four trays for player pieces which are divided into three sections for the Envoys, the Flags, and the Setup Pieces. The insert also has one tray for the Farmer Tiles, on for Seals, and one for the Heralds+First Player Marker. The final model is just a spacer piece to hold everything in place.

The board sits on top of the trays, followed by the rules. When shut there is zero lid lift, and it supports vertical storage. It also passes a vigorous shake test I performed while my wife watched on realizing she was trapped in the house with a raving lunatic.

This works with both the cardboard tokens and the upgraded wooden bits.

I printed with multiple colors to print the labels on the trays. I achieved this by embossing them .01mm, so they can be easily selected to change colors. If you don't have a printer that prints in multiple colors the embossing is such a minimal depth that it will print smooth with no lettering by ignoring the embossing.

Print 4 player trays and 1 of everything else.

Infill: 8% crosshatch

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer height .2mm

Wall loops: 2

Top Layers: 4

Bottom Layers: 3
