I made this for my own game and decided to share it. It includes inserts for everything on the base game of Axis & Allies: 1941 (NOT the Spring 1941 version).
I suggest using the cardboard that comes with the box as a top for the insert to hold the pieces in place as show in the pictures.
All the army inserts are individual pieces so that they can be removed from the box and given to that nation's player, which speeds up the game a lot. Also, because the game doesn't come with IPC counters, I included some with the values of 1, 3, and 5 (I suggest printing at least 10 of each). I also included an industrial complex token which adds a little cool touch to the game (you will need 9 of these).
