Printer: Bambu Lab P2S (profile based on @BBL P2S 0.20mm Standard) Nozzle: 0.4mm standard nozzle (Direct Drive Standard / High Flow) Layer Height: 0.20mm Standard Infill: 15–20% — these are low-stress organizer trays, no need to go higher Walls: 2–3 perimeters Supports: Enabled — Tree (Slim) supports, build-plate-only. Build Plate: Textured PEI or smooth PEI both work fine Filament: PLA or PETG recommended. Black is shown in photos to match the factory insert, but any color works since these sit inside the box. Brim/Skirt: Not necessary, but a brim is fine if you have adhesion issues.

Designer's Description

A storage upgrade for Wise Guys by Galeforce Nine, designed to fit cleanly inside the original box insert while adding dedicated trays for loose components.

This organizer includes:

Gang Trays (x4) — One tray for each gang (Chicago Outfit, North Side Gang, Saltis-McErlane Gang, and Sheldon Gang).

Cash Tray — A three-slot tray that organizes the deck of cash cards into neat, separated stacks for quick counting and dealing.

Guns & Booze Tray — A two-slot tray that splits the Guns and Booze cards into their own compartments.

Boss of Bosses Token Holder — A dedicated slot for the Boss of Bosses token that slides into the space above the Roaring 20s cards.

All pieces are sized to drop into the existing factory insert, so the box closes without lid lift. This isn't a replacement insert; it's an add-on that keeps the original box's tray while solving the "loose parts in a baggie" problem.

Print notes:

  • Printed in black PLA (any color works, but black blends in with the factory tray)
  • Only the Boss of Bosses Token holder requires supports
  • Multiple plates/files included for the gang trays, cash tray, guns & booze tray, and token holder

Setup and teardown for Wise Guys goes from "sort through a pile" to "grab your tray and go." Enjoy!
