This insert fits the game and a couple of expansions. Features easy to lift out trays.

I don't even know if sleeved cards can fit in the box. But if they can, just don't print the card holder.
Special Notes
The card holder is a tight fit for the cards if you have the listed expansions, but I did that because my cards were beginning to warp and this keeps them flat.
