Robo Rally 30th Anniversary Organizer
The robots were really hard to get out of the vaccu-form, so i figured I needed to make something that worked and fit my sensibilities. We also have a few house rules (which needed dice for each robot) and I wanted the Archive token, Robot mini, Reboot token, Energy token, Checkpoint tracker, and Dice to all be easy to access for each robot instead of digging them out of a Ziplock each game.
Robot Board Holder: This is sized to hold the 8 upgraded robot tracker boards. It will also fit the clear Vaccu-Form that says Robo-Rally on it to make it look super slick. I glued some simple craft felt to the bottom of mine so it would not rub against the robot boxes and scratch the tops. May not be necessary but hey, felt and spray glue is fast and easy so why not?
Bottom Tray Organizer: This holds the remainder of the tokens that do not have spaces in the robot bins, Flags, Timer, Damage cards, Upgrade Cards, Priority token, and the 2 extra Energy Cubes. The timer is the Chesses 1-minute sand timer I bought from here - https://hometowncomicsandgames.com/products/1-minute-sand-timer (The card trays are sized to have the cards in standard card sleeves, the same sleeves as the link in the Bot Holder Bottom)
Bot Holder Bottom: this is the bottom part of the tray that holds each robot, its archive token, its checkpoint tracker, 1 energy cube, 1 reboot token, 3 12mm d6's and its programming deck. The space for the deck is large enough to fit the deck in card sleeves i bought from here - https://www.maydaygames.com/products/standard-usa-card-sleeves?variant=33799034695
The remaining files are set to be printed on an MMU and will have the first 4 layers in 2 colors, the robot name and the shell. I have marked the shell color that would match the robot color but print them in any combination that you wish!
I have also included a PDF set to be printed on A5 paper of the house rules we implement explaining why there are dice and a timer which are not included in the base game. Use them or don't, the game is fun either way!
