Hnefatafl Game (Viking Chess)

Hnefatafl is touted to have been played by the Vikings to pass time. Similar to Chess, the objective of the game is to capture the king. This game board is designed to be portable due to it's size. Likewise, I designed it with a tray on the outside to hold captured game pieces. I've included the file for the game board, and the file for one game piece. You will need to copy the game piece once uploaded to your slicer to attain the number of pieces you want for that print. The game is played with 24 attackers, (black in the pictures), 12 defenders, (white in the pictures(, and one king (gold). Instructions for play can be found online (there are many different variants, rules, and numbers of pieces in play).
