Designer's Description

Ginza Retro Cafe is a cozy dice-chucking and placement game about being a waitress in a classic Japanese cafe, working to make customers happy and achieve the most popularity. While the game is a relaxing time at the table, the lack of an insert created chaos in the box. For this insert, I split the components up into 2 groups:

  • Unique Player Components - The top tray in the box contains all of the game components needed for player setup. Each player's dice (split into 2 channels for their starting dice and purchasable dice), resource cubes, player cards, dealt and reference cards, and the first player marker.
  • Shared Table Components - The trays underneath contain the components that are shared resources during gameplay in their own trays that can be easily placed out on the table. The customer card tray includes separate slots for I, II, and III level customers, along with a discard slot. While 2 pieces to fit in the box, it can be connected as a single tray on the table.

The insert supports sleeved cards (using Sleeve Kings standard sleeves) and vertical storage.

The missing insert for a cozy dice-chucking and placement game about being a waitress in a classic Japanese cafe, working to make customers happy and achieve the most popularity. Unfortunately, the game came without an insert, so I created this one to help keep things organized in the box, quick to setup, and clean on the table. Supports sleeves (I used Sleeve Kings). - Maker World
