This is an insert solution that gets all the cards from all 3 Kinfire Delve games into 1-ish box. It does this by using the lids of two of the boxes.
Features a pull-out tray for each of the bosses and for each of the Seeker characters. This makes it easy to get out exactly what you want to play with.

While all 3 boxes are the same, you may notice very slight variation in the sizing (sub-1mm), so I suggest using a slightly tighter fitting lid as the box and a looser fitting lid as the lid.
For aesthetic purposes, I used the lid of the upgrade pack box as the box.

Printed on a Bambu Lab X2D with 0.4 hotend and black PLA Basic. It's a little hard to tell from the photo supplied with the print, but the two lids don't meet 100% in the middle, so there is a mm or two of "lid lift". Might want to put a band around it for travel. That said, it fits all the cards (with probably just enough room for the extra boss card for each delve in the Kinfire Mini Expansion? I don't have it), tokens from two sets, one set of dice, and all three manuals. Rather than the big filler that says "kinfire" built into the base, I might have liked a single big tray to hold the remaining extra tokens and dice sets (assuming they fit) just to keep everything in one place. If you have the deluxe dice (as the designer does) and don't think you'll ever use the other ones though, you probably won't feel that way though.
