Peaks - Organizer insert

A modular board game insert for Peaks, designed around a box interior of approximately 285 × 285 × 60 mm. Supports sleeved large cards measuring 72 × 122 mm and sleeved small cards measuring 59 × 91 mm.

- Three large card boxes.

- Removable solo card insert with a reinforced 1.6 mm base and centered raised frame.

- Dedicated guide card box with the cards offset towards one short end.

- Weather and bottle card box with a removable separator.

- Four stackable player trays with one large compartment and two smaller compartments measuring 51 and 28 mm in length.

- Dedicated dice and map tile tray with raised floors for easier access.

- Split honeycomb filler measuring 94 × 283 × 11 mm, with vertically sliding dovetail joints.

- Open finger cutouts and gently rounded outer box edges.

Print flat side down, without supports. Suggested starting point: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layers. Required quantities are included in the STL filenames and parts list. The filler is split to fit a 250 mm print bed.

A small joint test is included: print it first with the same settings as the filler. The final joint uses 0.10 mm clearance per side and a short taper ending in 0.03 mm interference. This final combination is awaiting confirmation from a physical print.

The solo insert assumes a 7 mm stack of large cards beneath it. Packing and lid fit depend on the card sleeves, boards and game box; some lid lift may remain. This is not a guaranteed flush-closing design.

Includes printable STL files, editable OpenSCAD sources, part quantities, instructions and model previews. No printer-specific 3MF profile is included. Preview images are model renders.
