Star Wars Rivals Character Tray

I decided that I needed a tray to hold all of my star wars rivals characters I saw that people had already made them but they were not as material efficient & aesthetically pleasing.

I also noticed that most or all of them need to be paid for which I really did not want to do so I thought I would design one for everyone to have for FREE.

The tray consists of 15 character slots which perfectly fits the amount of characters there are on one side of the force (30 character all together).

I designed it this way so it can be printed on an ender 3 or similar bed size (220mm x 220mm x 250mm) and so you can have 2 trays, one for light side & one for dark side.

I use the Cura slicer for this print.

Settings:

Material: PLA

Layer height: 0.15

Infill density: 20%

Quick Disclaimer:

Unfortunately these character mini figures base (the hexagon part of the character) are not all made with the exact same measurements so some character bases can be anywhere from 0.05mm - 0.2mm in size difference.

I tried my best to make sure that all characters can fit properly.

Some fit very snug and some can come off with a little bit of force but I have ran through multiple test models and found this to be very close to what I am happy with.
