Designer's Description

This is an adaptation of the Twilight Imperium Clipable Hex, originally by NickBowler and remixed by Stan D. This remix adds tile frames for the Fracture tiles introduced in the Thunder's Edge expansion which are compatible with the original frames. They were created by recreating the original design in OnShape and offsetting the top cutout, then adding chamfers to the corners for better support for the tiles.

Two versions of the frames are included here - the “As Printed” version is the version depicted in the photos I've included, and the “Corrected” version is modified to (hopefully) better center the hexes in the frame after I realized I hadn't accounted properly for the buffer zone around the hexes in the original version in my design. I haven't printed the corrected version yet, so your mileage may vary.
