Clank! Insert

This is an insert designed for one of my favorite board games: Clank!

It fits the base game and the first three expansions -- The Mummy's Curse, Sunken Treasures, and Expeditions: Gold and Silk. Everything will fit in the base game's box! It's also designed with sleeves in mind.

Each player will have their own tray that fits their cubes, meeples, and starting decks. There are separate trays for the money tokens, expansion tokens, and the base game tokens for setting up the board.

Print 4 of the player trays and 2 of the double deck boxes. Everything else is printed once. The "Map Access" part is there to frame the deck boxes and provides you some space to lift the maps out of the box.

A few pretty minor concessions have to be made to fit it all in one box with no lift.

First, the game's market cards will need to be divided up into smaller stacks. There's plenty of room to have each expansion in its own slot and for the base game's cards to have 3 slots -- 2 slots for the rotating market and 1 slot for the static market.

Second, there's not a lot of room for some of the larger components. The dragon bag can fit in the setup tray if you roll it up, otherwise the bag will lift the lid a small amount.

For sleeves, I used Ultra Pro CLEAR PRO-MATTE Standard Size (Stock #84731). Larger sleeves might not work, especially for the player trays which have a pretty tight fit at 68x93mm.
