Nidavellir+ Insert - Resized for Official Sleeves

Really dug the clean work of @varjujan (whom was also doing a remix based on the work of @spragers) in creating an insert and 40mm coin holder display. I was able to get the official sleeves (which are quite thick - but nice); this necessitated a remix of the card-holder box to actually hold them. I turned the holder sideways which means I had to shorten the misc box holder (had to cut the tabs down for the Thingvellir Tavern) and rework the misc parts holders for both Thingvellir and Idavoll. BUT it all fits into a single box - hope you dig it!

OH…also included a colorized version of the coin holder - the other misc parts will need to be acquired from @varjujan's link (this will help support them and how the validity of their work).
