Ultra-Tiny Epic Galaxies insert remix (UTEG)

I liked the insert from Drevilz4l but two things I wanted to improve:
First was a little bigger opening for the cards. I find that I like the finger-hole to go through the bottom of the tray a little to make it easier to remove the cards. While I was at it, a hole along the bottom of the cards would be even easier and require a little less material. (Additionally, the fact the finger hole was uncentered made my OCD twitchy..., so that's also fixed now.) :)

Second, I wanted to be able to put a little pull-tab, or, in this case, some finger grip holes in the side to make it easier to slide the insert out. However, that required an edge to put the holes in, which was just removed on the card side, so I put that on the bits-box side.

I haven't sliced this to know how much material it saved (not much, I'm sure, given how small this was to begin with), but I feel this could make this great little insert that much better.
