Insert for Toy Battle w/score tracker promos
nsert for Toy Battle w/score tracker promos
No lid lift
Supports vertical or horizontal storage (nothing should move around, even if you shake the box)
Longest model : 183mm x 183mm (this is the score track holder printed at 45 degree rotation (diagonal))
(If printed in vertical/horizontal rotation the score track holder (longest model) is 240mm long)
Total grams at default .2 bambu lab slicer settings (except 10% gyroid infill) : 202
Print settings : normal for your filament, no supports needed and I recommend 8% infill minimum
Note on multi color printing for numbers on score track:
Some of the example printed score tracks in one of the pics was accomplished with adding pauses in the slicer and doing filament swaps. The four color prints require several filament changes or a tool swapper or filament changer system.
If you would like details on how to accomplish this with your printer and slicer, do a google search like 'how to I add pauses in Bambu Studio for filament swaps'. Basically, you slice the model, go to the layer you want a filament swap at (one for the text color then possibly one to change back to the predominant color) then you will issue the command to add a pause (right click on the slider for most slicers).
Note: I have included a 4 color 3mf file for printing the score trackers with material changers and tool changers.
Note: Score trackers are optional, they are available in cardboard as a promo and I thought it would be nice to release models for those who can't/didn't get the promos.
My priorities when designing inserts:
Reduce game setup and tear-down time
Support sleeved cards
No (or very little where impossible) lid lift
Create models that do not need any support
Create models that optimize filament use (when possible)
Make trays that can be used during gameplay
