Forbidden Island Water Rising Stand

Rising water stand for the game Forbidden Island. This model was built off of [alienkim](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:824828)'s submarine model and edited to work with Forbidden Island.

#### Changes Made:

1. First, the propellors from the submarine were removed in order to allow the model to easily be printed in one go instead of being attached at the end

2. Next, the inner part of the original model was hollowed out in order to fit the *Rising Water* card and part of the top was cut off due to being too thin

3. Lastly, the bottom was flattened out for better stability when standing it up
