Gaia Project organised Player boxes
Based on the awesome design by Fabmaszter, I wanted to improve on the "try and jam everything in a player box" and try to Tetris as many perfect fitting player tokens in a design. This is as far as I've come, which is still not 100% perfect. It wasn't possible to make a full-surface covering secondary box, but it wouldn't even fit most parts because of the limited height of 28mm. See the pictures on how to properly fill the boxes.
Things that could be improved: make some small adjustments to the secondary box to keep the yellow money-tiles and the Power disks and QC in its place, just by adding a small extension on those sides of the simple secondary bin. The pieces would still be places as in the picture, but they would be held in place and some would be faction dependent, because of higher Power disk count.
Another todo, would be to redesign the separate QC plus Power disk box to accommodate the extra faction-specific cardboard pieces. These simply do not fit the player-boxes as designed, so I put them in a separate box, but that wouldn't fit with the current QC-PD box. My thought would be to make either two boxes that stack up to 28mm or a single box that could hold the pieces stacked. Also, it would be awesome to have each section color-coded in the color of the faction if multi-color printing is supported. So a single box or two boxes with cyan, pink, red and blue sections to fit the respective pieces.
