I recommend printing this model between 0.08 and 0.12 layer height using a 0.4mm nozzle, if you want extra details and minimize stair stepping effects or other print artifacts. Supports are not strictly needed (I have printed without, but I kept them enabled since Bambu Studio would complain about it by default).

⚡️ Twilight Imperium TI4 carrier ship unit action cards tray

Hello, fellow Twilight Imperium player! If you are looking for a tray capable to hold the incredible amount of action cards (ACs) AND entertain your companions with a piece of great table presence, this is it!

This action cards tray is modeled after a carrier ship unit from TI4 (Twilight Imperium 4th edition), but substantially modified to hold all cards from base game, the Prophecy of Kings expansion and the Thunder's Edge expansion (which means all the action cards released in the various Codex PnP releases). There's room for more if you have any homebrew cards to add.

The model comes with a divider to create a discard pile as well. The divider stays in place with a simple ratcheted edge so it's not easily dislocated when interacting with the deck or the discard pile.

🏗️ Assembly instructions

To make the model support free I opted to slice the model so you will need to glue three pieces together, using some pegs (cylinders) the model comes with. Just apply some superglue and hold tight the three sections together (best to glue two sections at the time). As you can see from the photos published here, you won't notice the seams once assembled.

The two halves of the discard pile divider need gluing as well. You can print these in a different color if you'd like.
