Speakeasy - City Token Holder remix

Remixed City tray from @js500 's amazing Speakeasy Insert / Organizer to have token holder you can put directly on the game board.

For the city tokens holder itself, I remixed City Token holders from @Spidonal_Zeugma with an in-between height that fits exactly the height of the city tray (and that store all tokens in 2 trays).

Print 2 token holder trays and 1 city tray.
