• Printer: Bambu Lab A1 + AMS Lite, 0.4 mm nozzle (don't use 0.6 – walls are 0.82 mm, hinges 0.2 mm)
• Filament slots: 1 Bambu PLA Basic Red (10200) – body · 2 PLA Basic Yellow (10400) – art · 3 PLA Matte Dark Green (11501) – fields · 4 PLA Basic Light Gray (10104) – mountains. Any similar PLA works.
• Layers: 0.2 mm for the first 0.6 mm (lid, hinges, 2-layer colour inlay), 0.28 mm for the walls above. Preview should show 251 layers.
• First layer: 0.42 mm line width for sharper art. Textured PEI plate gives the matte art finish shown.
• 8 colour changes, all in the first 0.6 mm · ~1h41m · ~44 g · no supports

Designer's Description
Catan: On the Road – card box with a 4-colour lid
Remix of Ultralight Heavy-Duty Card Box (200 unsleeved) by enacefio (CC BY-NC). Same great fold-up box – I added Catan: On the Road artwork to the lid.
What I changed
- New artwork: original vector illustration inspired by the On the Road cover – "CATAN / ON THE ROAD" title, a row of hex tiles, a striped setting sun with a ship, mountains, fields, a winding road, two travellers and tents.
- 4-colour first-layer inlay: the art is cut 0.4 mm (2 layers) into the outside face of the lid's back panel, printed face-down for a smooth, glossy finish. Hinges are untouched, so the lid folds exactly like the original.
- Variable layer height: 0.2 mm for the lid and hinges (first 0.6 mm), 0.28 mm for the box walls – about 15 min faster.
- First-layer line width 0.42 mm for sharper detail; prime tower moved so it fits on the A1 bed.
Printing
- Printer: Bambu Lab A1 + AMS Lite, 0.4 mm nozzle (not suitable for 0.6 – the 0.82 mm walls and 0.2 mm hinges need 0.4 lines)
- Filaments by slot (Bambu equivalents): 1 Bambu PLA Basic Red (10200) – body · 2 PLA Basic Yellow (10400) – art · 3 PLA Matte Dark Green (11501) – fields · 4 PLA Basic Light Gray (10104) – mountains. Mine: Numakers PLA+ Red/Yellow/Military Green + Elegoo Rapid PLA+ Light Grey.
- Only 8 colour changes, all in the first 0.6 mm – ~1h41m, ~44 g total
- No supports. Fold the hinges firmly while cold, like the original.
- Holds ~200 unsleeved standard cards (63×88 mm), same as the original.
