I printed my set using PETG at mostly 88-95% infill to get the right weight. Your target for each piece including the back part should be anywhere from 18-20 grams, which is the weight of a real Mahjong tile. The infill pattern must be rectinlinear, or something equally as dense.
IF USING PLA PRINT SMALLER BATCHES
• I had a few small warping issues when printing very large batches of the back pieces with PLA. The max I could do was around 25, but feel free try more, it could be a skill issue on my part

Designer's Description
These are my custom designed Chinese Mahjong tiles. It is a compelte set with all 4 suits (Bamboo, Circles, ‘Wan’, Winds).
I designed the tile in two pieces (front face and play face) and you must have an AMS to be able to print it. I suggest printing with 85-100% infill depending on your filament to achieve optimal weight feel results. The finished tile with both parts should weigh about 18-20 grams. The two pieces can be friction fitted together and stay put for the most part but i glued mine with standard super glue to be safe.
I made a tray for the tiles that I'll be adding later, and I may make a tile rack as well.
