END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the attached 3D design files (the "Digital Files") solely for your personal, non-commercial private use.

2. Restrictions on Use
By downloading these files, you agree NOT to:

• Sell or Rent: You may not sell, lease, or distribute the digital files or any physical objects printed from these designs.
• Share or Distribute: You may not upload these files to any public repository, website, or social media, nor share them with any third party without direct written consent from the Licensor.
• Modify: You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works ("remixes") of the Digital Files.

3. Intellectual Property
The Digital Files and all associated rights, titles, and interests remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. These files are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

4. Jurisdiction & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

5. Termination
Any violation of these terms automatically terminates your license to use the Digital Files. Upon termination, you must destroy all digital and physical copies of the designs in your possession.

6. Warranty & Liability
The Digital Files are provided “AS IS.” Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Digital Files.
