I created this for my wifes 160 piece American Mahjong set that I bought her for her birthday. I currently have it setup with only pressure fit pins but you may want to use glue in addition to the pins.
You need 4 body pins, the body rectangle and 3 lid rectangles. The lid slides on and is held with a little lid lip.
