What changed: I scaled it up 800% and added some piece trays at either end. The pieces are now designed to be printed as a single part with a color change halfway through.

Designer's Description

I've set the gcode to include the color change and print all 64 pieces simultaniuosly with a 1mm brim around each. Print should start with white and then black for the pieces. The board will look great in two or three tone. Ive set up the g code to change color just before it gets to the bottom of the board, and again before it gets to the top.

Board color changes are black first, then green, then black again
