Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island - Board Game Insert

This is an insert/tray for Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island. I think its the second edition. Its published By Portal Games.

What you need to know:
This was my first time modeling.
I dont think it's the best the best model to 3D print, the walls are too thick and for that reason it uses a lot of material (about 500gr). I guess the next time I'll do it a little bit diferente. But well, it is what it is.

No that good to 3D print, but as an insert for Robinson Crusoe, I think it turned out pretty cool. I really like it.

The Bottom trays are supposed to be left in the box, you just have to take out the cards and items.
The trays on top come out of the box and serve as storage for the items that are needed during game play.
This insert saves a lot of time setting up the game.

I made it to work with sleeved cards (used Mayday Premium). But its tight, really tight. The top trays have to push a little bit the cards down. If you use sleeved cards you know what I mean, if you press the cards together and then release them, the volume of the deck expands. So without the top trays, the cards raise a little. It works, but like I said its tight.

The trays fit inside the cardboard insert that comes with the game. Made it that way. The rule book, game board, player cards and other componentes go on top, All the way to the edge of the box. There is no space between the components and the lid of the box, its perfect.

Well... I think that's it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and can over look the part that its not that "3D Print friendly"
