Cthulhu Death May Die Organizer

Remix of the card holder by patrick.de_mets with the following changes made:

• Added notches which go all the way to the bottom to make picking up the deck easier and save filament.
• Greatly increased the size of the three top mythos card slots to make inserting the cards easier.
• Made the angle more upright to take up less space.
• Made the walls of the upright card slots shorter to allow easier access to the deck.
• I couldn't replicate the original cthulhu logo satisfactorily so I just made some new “Death May Die” text.
