Designer's Description

Designed to fit GMT's Fields of Fire Deluxe by Ben Hull.
6x2mm magnets, I got the cheap ones, the 300 pack.
Rubber Bands. Size #69 (nice) (5.9" x 0.24") - these work nice for box bands, too.

Suggested print settings:
Quality: Dynamic (I also use adaptive layers in experimental).
My bed size: 8.66 x 8.66 x 9.84", (220x220x250mm)
Print speed: 60-80mm / sec for PLA. acel and jerk control enabled.
Bed Adhesion: Skirt (do not use brim)
Supports: Normal. There is very little to support in each of these parts if you position them correctly. Most parts will position to 0,0. You can tweak the position by keying in the numbers instead of trying to be pixel perfect with your mouse.
I use stick glue on all of my prints. It just makes things easier. I buy it by the case now, the cheap kids stuff. You have to wash your plate in the sink, though. Don't let that glue build up.

Remove the print immediately when its done, especially the covers. They will warp like a potato chip if they cool on the bed. I usually pop the part off, then put it back down on the bed to allow it to cool slowly. It doesnt take long. The covers are a little different, though. Because they are so thin, you want to eyeball them as they cool, holding them in your hand, looking down the length to see what's going on. If you see a warp starting, counter bend it a little to straighten it out. It's not tricky, but you do want to pay attention. They rarely come out perfectly, but they all are good enough. The trays seem to cool nice and square, knock on wood.

Concentrate when you glue the magnets in. If you use only half your brain, one of them will go in backwards. You can get them out - best way is to heat up a nail and sink a small hole next to the magnet. Allow the plastic to cool, then slip a prybar under the edge of the magnet. I use a dental scraper. I think you could use a nail, but you will mess the part up a little more. Either method will leave a blemish.

As I recall, some of these setting were hidden in Ultimaker Cura, so if its not there use chatGPT (or similar) to help you dig it out.
