On a .4mm nozzle try a lower layer height for more detail. Online suggests .08 being the lowest you can go on that nozzle.. I have printed several with NO brim and have not had issues. It is a quick print and does not require any support.

Designer's Description

The town hex in the game is flat and cannot really see when your soldiers are on it. I created this as an addition to the game for your Town Hex Spot so your soldiers look like they are hidden in a real town. This does not alter the rules of the game at all, fits into a normal hex size. Town hex has very fine detail. If you have a .2mm Nozzle go for it! Otherwise I've print4ed with .4 and still does the job, you just lose some detail.
