Sid Meier's Civilization: A New Dawn Box inset

This is a organizer, storage for the Civilization: A New Dawn boardgame.
Every player have organizer and a tray for the given color.
There are tray with and without player logos.

The box contains three layer:
* 4 player storage (inset_player), 2 player tray (inset_player_<color>) (or 2 inset_cp1)
* 2 map storage (inset_map1 inset_map2), 2 player tray
* 2 inset_top (for focus row and resource tokens) and 2 top compartment box (inset_cp3)

if you want color player compartment boxes, you need to print one for each inset_player_<color> with the given color (red, green, blue, orange) and need one inset_logo with different color and glue inside the compartment boxes.

**UPDATE: 2019.07.13:**
Add a new inset_map2 with name inset_map2.2 with the place of the barbarian tokens.
(the scad file contains the correct one)
