In den Kommentaren kam der Wunsch auf, ein Inlay‑Druckprofil mit seitlichen Ausschnitten bereitzustellen, damit die jeweilige Klasse direkt im Einsatz sichtbar ist. Auf Basis der Modelle von David A habe ich diese Ausschnitte an den entsprechenden Positionen ergänzt. Die Kompatibilität zu gesleevten Karten bis 94 mm Breite bleibt vollständig erhalten. Das Druckprofil wurde mit den Standardwerten von Bambu Lab erstellt. Eine variable Schichthöhe oder das Bügeln der Oberfläche habe ich bewusst nicht aktiviert, da dies die Druckzeit nahezu verdoppelt, ohne einen nennenswerten Mehrwert für dieses Modell zu bieten. Es kann auch nur die erste Platte gedruckt werden, falls Ihr den Rest schon gemacht habt. Viel Spaß beim Drucken!

Altered the original design to make the card wells a little bit wider to accommodate taller card sleeves. Also set the following: • 0.4mm nozzle • 0.2mm layer height • 15% Adaptive Cubic infill • 3 wall loops • 60mm/s, 30% flow rate for ironing • 60mm/s max speed for outer walls (helps prevent shrinking and noticeable differences in sheen between layers) • Adaptive layer height for the main card tray and token tray

This is a copy of @AegisToast profile with a minor improvements: • Now A1 Mini compatible - t he long trays have been split in half with the Bambu Studio “Cut” tool. The insert is perfectly compatible with the game box (photos are included) • Removed Adaptive layer height on all objects to decrease print time • The leaders holder model was slightly modified in CAD, so two pieces could assemble nicely No additional settings required - choose the correct filament and printer settings. NOT recommended to print with PETG (tested). Use PLA as indicated in the profile.
