Medico Board Game Insert

Medico is a new board game in 2026 from Pegasus Spiele. The retail game has very poor organisation and this insert organises and protects the pieces, and makes it easier to set the game up. It includes four main trays on two levels:

• A base tray for the modular board and various neutral pieces, including the starting market stalls which are separated from the normal ones
• A tray for the tokens used in play (coins, knowledge markers & rods of Asclepius)
• A tray for player pieces, with a separate compartment for each player
• A large tray for all other pieces & cards (the player cards can go here or in the player tray). NB the card tray is not designed for sleeved cards.

The last tray has a space for the fifth tray, the circular tray for the Remedies which can simply be lifted out and placed in the centre of the main board.

Most of the compartments are marked with either text or pictures in the bottom to indicate what should go there. If in doubt, refer to the pictures here.

NB some of the trays in the photos are previous versions, the file includes slightly improved versions which I haven't yet printed out for myself.

The base tray does not currently have a lid. If this is a problem for people storing the game vertically, please comment and I can make a version with a lid.

Please let me know if you like this, and particularly if you have problems. All of the pieces in my copy (bought at Essen 2026) fit perfectly, but it is possible that some pieces could have different dimensions in other manufacturing runs.

The colours of the trays have no particular significance, feel free to print in whatever colours you like!
