The poker chips! Setup to use top surface ironing, 100% infill (to give them weight like real chips), and a few other custom adjusted settings to help things print nicely. Recommend a smooth PEI bed.

Casino-style chips with nickel core, 9 grams, 10x per plate

• Add a US nickel to each poker chip for more realistic casino chip feel. • Each chip weighs ~9 grams, 39mm wide (same as original) and ~4mm thick. The added thickness is required to sufficiently cover the nickel. • Automatically pauses at layer 15. Drop in a nickel and resume printing. • Case fits 26 chips per slot (182 chips total). • The dollar value prints face-down, which looks great on a textured plate. • Caution: if you want to flip the chip & print dollar value face-up, you must adjust the “ Nickel core top plate ” Z value from -1.0 to +1.0 for each chip in Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer. This thin plate covers the nickel, and when flipping the chip it prints below the chip. Without this thin top plate, the print will fail.

This is the one profile to rule them all! Lol but seriously, I don't like it when you have to print multiple plates of multi-color parts, so here is a profile with 30 chips on each plate to reduce time and waste. Also i added the original case in the same profile. You're welcome. • Print each plate ONCE • Color matched to the real color of monopoly money • less wasted time/filament I plan on making a new carrying case for this project p.s. You might want to use a Supertack plate for the best bed adhesion. p.p.s. If you want other printer profiles, let me know in the comments

Designer's Description

I present to you today, a poker chip set for Monopoly! With Case!

I had a friend that plays poker, but also enjoys Monopoly, and he got me hooked on the idea of using poker chips instead of the paper currency with monopoly. I designed this to be a custom fit set for Monopoly! Along with a case to keep it tidy.

The print profiles are setup so there's 10 poker chips per a plate for each value. All in all you need 30 poker chips per a value. I wasn't sure if I should set the profiles up to only have one pokerchip on them, or try and cram them all on there. I printed them off in batches of ten though, so decided to keep it like I printed it. Should be easy to adjust for your own needs, if you want more or less. I recommend printing the poker chips on a smooth pei bed!

The case comes in it's own print profile, as there were a number of custom settings setup for the poker chips to make them best. Of note on the poker chips, I set them to 100% infill, so they have a little more weight to them like real poker chips. I also had to adjust a few other settings to make sure the inset on the face facing down, prints nicely. Lastly, the poker chips are setup to us ironing for the top face!
