Carcassonne: The Dice Game Insert

This is an insert for [__Carcassonne: The Dice game__](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/89953/carcassonne-dice-game). It is divided into two parts to save on filament. The first part is a spacer that fills up unnecessary space, and the second part is the actual insert.
