Zombie Dice Lid

A simple lid for [__Zombie Dice__](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/62871/zombie-dice).
It's hard to keep all expansions, rules, a number of [score keepers](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3048717), and [brain tokens](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23512) in the dice cup. Since the original lid goes on the inside of the cup, you lose about 10 mm of potential storage space. This lid will free up this space, making room for the stuff I want to put in the dice cup.
