See the project file for specific print settings. But in general: • 0.20mm layer height • Adaptive layer height for the inlay + inlay cover for smooth arches • Extra walls for the case itself • No supports expect for small tree support for the inlay to support the arches over the pawns • Ironing for the inlay + inlay cover + card cases. My ideal settings is 150 mm/s speed and 38% flow to get a smooth surface. • I like the use of the textured plate for the texture on on the outside of the case.

Designer's Description
Store your Pandemic boardgame with expansions in style!

This case will be able to store:

  • Pandemic base boardgame
  • Expansion “In the lab”
  • Expansion “On the brink”
  • Miniatures box released separately by Z-Man games

Since “State of Emergency” expansion was never released in Dutch, I do not own this expansion and didn't make room for it inside this box.

The outside of the rugged case is based on Iceman's awesome design of the customizable rugged box .

I've added some boolean subtracts to make place for the logo on the front of the case.

Since the box became too big to fit by Bambu X1C I had to split it in two. Because I've added the logo's on the front and the inlay for the bottom, the case itself is very sturdy! This is also the reason why I've opted for three hinges. The screws "pull togehter" both parts.
