Bang! Bullet insert

This is my take on insert for Bang! board game in metal bullet case (Bang! Super střela in Czech).

Original insert from this game is good, but only until you will buy any expansion. Then you dont have enough space to accomodate new cards. So, i have designed this custom insert that will take roughly twice as much cards if you have them. Front “hollow tip” is designed to fit cloth bag with tokens for expansions like Armed and dangerous or Gold rush.

Because cards will fit relatively tightly into bullet body width, there is no space for sleeves, but i have managed to squeeze piece of dynamite into unused space in floor of this insert.

Be prepared to use lot of supports on bottom side of this print and take your time printing at least first 10 mm of height slowly because of steep overhangs.

After printing, you should glue bottom of this print with double sided tape to metal shell.

Also, use roughly 10cm long piece of wick or braided wire as a dummy wick for dynamite. I have used leftover braided wire from 3D printers heater cartridge. Make knot on one end, thread it through hole in plug (knot on side with smaller diameter) and push plug into dynamite body. It should hold well as is, but you can add drop of superglue to secure it.

This print fits well to 300x300mm printer and weights roughly 300g.

EDIT 2023/01/19: Added optional card divider. Print them if you want to divide cards in bigger compartments somehow.
