Designer's Description

Insert for the game EGO , designed by Reiner Knizia and published by Bitewing Games. It's a great game that comes with really nice custom components in the deluxe edition, but is completely missing any type of storage inside the box. This insert will help free your pieces from their plastic baggies and should help speed up the table setup process when you want to jump into a new game.

  • Civ Board Frame (2 pieces) - Split into 2 pieces to fit on more print beds. Holds all of the civ boards snugly in place, with room to put the Arrival and Solar System boards on the top since you play with those 2 every game.
  • Miscellaneous Tray - Provides space for the first player marker, trip tracking spaceship (on the pedastal), and negotiation chips.
  • Token Trays (2 pieces) - Trays to store offense, credit, and success tokens on both sides of the table.
  • PLEASE NOTE - These are unique trays because a few of these tokens are in odd numbered quantities.
  • Tactic Cards Tray - Fits sleeved cards in one side with the other available to keep your discard pile organized. In the box I also store the player aid cards in the discard slot. Dependening on your sleeves you may need to put a few of the draw deck on the discard side in the box as well.
  • Power Cards Tray (3 pieces) - Tray to hold the power cards, and cleanly layout the 5 open draw cards that are in view during the game. Split into 3 pieces so that it can break down and fit into the box.
  • Expansion Tray - Holds the ship boards, extra alliance tokens, and extension boards, which are all optional parts of the game experience.
  • This tray, along with the discard slot from the Tactic Cards tray, also provides space for the draw bag.
  • Spacer - There's just a little bit of leftover space, so this helps keep everything in the box nice and snug.

All parts designed around the use of Sleeve Kings standard sleeves. There seems to be space for thicker sleeves, but YMMV.
Boost Me I designed these trays to improve my gaming experience. Hope that they can help you as well. If so, please consider giving a boost. I'm always happy to hear any feedback you may have.
