Blokus foldable board - game set

This model is optimized to print with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. If you choose to print it with a larger nozzle of layer height, the filament or the pieces may not fit properly. PrusaSlicer projects of my print setting are available in 3MF format in the PrusaSlicer projects folder.

Print 4 sets of pieces, composed of one of each piece available for a total of 21 pieces per set, in 4 different colors. The pieces are available in the Pieces folder.

For the board, print part 1 and 2 with 5 jonctions available in the Board folder. The board parts are printed standing on their side for a better resolution of the grid and the jonctions are printed standing up. I've put gcode and 3mf files to see the positionning of the parts on the board.

To assemble, place the joints one at a time in the sloths under one side of the board (it doesn't matter if you chose 1 ou 2, the order of assembly is not important). Slide in the hole on the side of the board a piece of filament. Slide it all the way through the board and through the jonction parts. You will need 23 cm of filament per side, I recommand fixing the jonctions before cutting the filament from the spool for better grip. Once the first side of the board is fixed to the hinges, do the same for the other part of the board to complete the assembly. See pictures as references.
