This revolving Playing Card Tray was created in Tinkercad.
The revolving tray underneath was designed to use three 5mm Ball Bearings available on Ebay which I used on one version and worked really well.
To lock the two halves of the turntable together I just melted the plastic on the spindle over the circular cut out in the base.
I then glued the complete base on to the bottom of the tray.
I also found that I didn't need the ball bearings if I used a little grease or wax on the bearing surfaces.
